As an online consumer specialist and a website owner myself I am always in search of ways to protect myself and my customers. I found an incredibly inventive group of web-store owners with their own effective solutions. My answer is to block off offending countries, however these web-store owners tell us why that is not a good idea as well as not always possible. Even if you don't own a web-store there are other reasons to read these forum posts.
